Jason Noah – President

Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, each a Chief Executive, Jason dedicates his time and energy to taking care of the two groups at the center of our business, clients and employees. As President, he works to ensure that our project managers and technical design and surveying staff are well-compensated, well-trained, and highly-motivated. Jason makes certain each of them pass along this same level of care to clients in the form of exceptional client service.

Jason prides himself on building lasting relationships with clients, potential clients, and industry partners. After a brief career as a professional golfer ended in 2003, he worked in banking before working in economic development with the City of Newport News. As he assisted companies with finding suitable land to construct new facilities, Jason became interested in the process of real estate development. He quickly understood that success in such an endeavor depended on personal and professional relationships. This perspective has only strengthened, after more than a decade with AES, working with both clients and employees in the land development design business. Today, Jason works to build and foster lasting relationships for AES, our dedicated project managers, and our many clients.
