Mr. Marston began his career in land development consulting in 1983 by joining AES. After more than 12 years in project engineering and management, he became Vice President in 1994. In 2013, as a result of a planned leadership transition, he stepped in as President.
His extensive land planning experience demonstrates his capabilities in analyzing and understanding the most viable design options for a site. He is committed to design results that meet clients’ needs and fulfill project objectives.
The hallmarks of Mr. Marston’s tenure as project manager and as head of the land planning team were to be responsible to the client and to serve as a client advocate with localities and other approval agencies.
As President, Mr. Marston works to ensure the standards of hard work and putting the client first are upheld by all AES employees.
