After graduating from Ohio University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Hawley gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant. He assisted professors with laboratory research including numerous methods of soil and material testing. Additionally, he assisted with student instruction.
Previous to joining AES in 2014, Mr. Hawley worked with a major engineering firm, providing engineering design for all aspects of site planning for commercial and healthcare facilities.
Mr. Hawley utilizes his experience in student instruction to manage and mentor younger members of the AES team. He leverages his experience in site planning to provide timely, innovative, and cost- effective engineering services.
