Mr. Mann started as a survey field crew member after completing his high school studies in 1984. He spent the next 17 years working for Hampton Roads firms in various engineering and survey functions. He joined AES in 2001.
Today, he ensures the timely delivery of all survey services by managing field staff, coordinating survey workload across all offices, and maintaining survey hardware and technology inventory. His engineering experience includes all facets of site plan preparation.
Mr. Mann prides himself on timely and direct responsiveness to clients. He believes in utilizing the latest design technology as well as the training and development of AES staff at all levels.
