AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Courthouse Green, an office park located in James City County. This 7-acre site is conveniently located behind the Williamsburg / James City County courthouse and across from New Town. The AES site plan provides for 65,000 sq. ft. of class A office space within 8 proposed buildings.
