AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Eaglescliffe Condominiums, a multi-family project located in James City County. The AES site features 84 condominium units in 7 buildings spread across 7 acres. These 4-story condominiums feature views of the ample surrounding green space within the larger development of Ford’s Colony.
