Project Description
AES provided civil site design services for Gloucester Town Commons, located in the heart of Gloucester County’s historic Main Street area. The 15-acre development features 35 single family homes, open green spaces, winding sidewalks, and wooded areas. The AES design included a lot matrix to analyze lot constraints according to the developer’s building footprints. The new construction of Gloucester Town Commons blends seamlessly with the surrounding established neighborhoods of historic Gloucester County.
