Governor’s Land at Two Rivers

Project Description

AES provided surveying, master planning and civil site design for Governor’s Land at Two Rivers, located in James City County at the confluence of the Chickahominy River and the James River. Governor’s Land features stately and luxurious homes set among manicured gardens and riverfront vistas. The AES design maximizes water views, green space protection and a sense of privacy for each home. The AES design included 10,600 ft. of 12-inch water distribution lines, 45,000 ft. of gravity sewer, and 13 miles of roadway planning. To maintain the highest water quality, 7 stormwater management facilities are incorporated into the design.
