Project Description
AES provided full civil site design services for Moncure Estates, located in Stafford County. The 47-acre site includes 82 single family homes, cul-de-sac lots, and clusterstyle design. AES improved another firm’s master plan that provided only 70 lots for development. AES staff worked with Stafford County to receive approval for an additional 12 lots within the same developable area. This maximized the land use of the acreage and enabled the developer to increase the profitability of the project.
