AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Sentara Medical Arts & Urgent Care, located in James City County. This 49,200 sq. ft. facility provides Class A medical office and treatment space for New Town Family Practice, New Town Internal Medicine, New Town Urgent Care, and Williamsburg Pediatric, Adolescent & Sports Medicine. The AES site design features landscaped islands, wide drive aisles, an ambulance loading zone, and ample parking.
