AES provided surveying and civil site design services for The Design Center, located in James City County. This award-winning building sits at the corner of New Town Avenue and Discovery Boulevard on a 1.26-acre site. The facility provides users with 13,326 sq. ft. of class A office space overlooking pedestrian-friendly streets, open green space, and ample parking.
