Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for The Palladian, located in New Town, James City County’s first mixed-use development. The facility provides users with 19,678 sq. ft. of class A office space on a 1.38-acre site. The building’s first-floor brick facade, entrance columns, and distinct archways set it apart from neighboring office buildings.
