Project Description
AES provided comprehensive civil site design services for Timberneck Farm, located in Gloucester County on the York River. The 645-acre development features 49 single family detached homes, a 250-acre working farm, conservation design, and waterfront views. AES successfully supported the rezoning of this development from rural countryside to a Planned Unit Development District. This provided the flexibility needed to achieve the low density development permitted by stringent standard zoning regulations.
