Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Williamsburg Landing, a Certified Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in James City County. AES has provided site planning and surveying services for 4 buildings totaling 276,600 sq. ft. spread over a 15-acre project site. AES site planning for the Woodhaven section of this community provides space for 98 nursing beds, 99 assisted living units and 24 independent living units. This CCRC features the Woodhaven Complex, a multi-level continuing care and medical facility, and Woodhaven Hall, a 58-bed skilled nursing center.
