AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Williamsburg Plantation, a timeshare resort located in the heart of James City County near Williamsburg’s many tourist attractions. The 65-acre site design features 320 timeshare suites, 4 tennis courts, swimming pools, volleyball courts and a spacious clubhouse.
