Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Wilsondale, an 11-acre mixed-use development in Hampton, Virginia. The development features 210 apartment units and 10,500 sq. ft. of retail space fronting on North King Street. The development is designed to accommodate both workforce housing needs as well as market rate housing. The AES site design features 339 parking spaces, three access points, a pool, a fitness center, a playground, and shared green space.
