Project Description
AES provided complete civil site design services for Winterfield Place, a mixed-use development located in Powhatan County. The 10-acre site features 15,600 sq. ft. of retail space, 7,100 sq. ft. of restaurant space, 37,850 sq. ft. of office and medical space, and over 300 parking spaces. AES worked with the developer on a roadway relocation and widening to maximize the developable acreage onsite. The site design addressed the challenging topography of the previously undeveloped site.
