Project Description
AES provided full civil site design for a major expansion to Canon’s toner recycling facility, Industrial Resource Technologies (IRT). The 26.1-acre site features a 102,000 sq. ft. facility and a 300-space parking lot. The AES design included an 80,000 sq. ft. facility expansion. AES worked with the architect and the contractor on a design-build team to provide IRT management with turnkey site expansion services. The AES site design accommodates over 70 container trucks, each measuring 53 feet in length.
