Project Description
AES provided full civil site design services for The Reserve, a continuing care senior living development located in York County. The 70-acre development includes 459 residential units, 120 apartment units, manicured gardens, a pool, a health club, and a 7-acre commercial site. The AES site plan included the design of a new onsite pump station and a force main, as well as rehab to an offsite pump station. AES civil engineers and land planners provided The Reserve with a specialized grading plan, adding rolling terrain and providing the community with a rural sense of space.
