AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Courthouse Commons, located in James City County. The AES site design features 70,000 sq. ft. of office and retail spread across a 9-acre site. Fresh Market, a gourmet supermarket, is the anchor tenant for this shopping center. The site also features four outparcels for office and retail tenants.
