Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Patriots Colony, a senior living community located in James City County. The AES site plan features a two-phase development spread over 89.4 acres, featuring 300 apartment units, 60 assisted living villas, and 60 skilled nursing units. Many units are designed to accommodate residents with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. The central Convalescence Center provides the community with 24- hour nursing and rehabilitative care.
