Project Description

AES provided comprehensive civil site design services for Colonial Crossings, a timeshare resort in York County. The 32-acre development includes 318 timeshare units, a pool, an exercise center, and a welcome center. The AES design included an archaeological site, significant wetlands, and a dedicated pump station. To maximize land use and minimize wetlands impact, the AES design utilized a prefab, CON/SPAN bridge. This protected wetlands and connected developable acreage. The full plan calls for an indoor water park, fishing ponds, walking trails and a spa.
