Howard Price – Vice President / Principal

Mr. Price began his land development design career in 1984 by joining AES. Prior to managing design phases, he served as a party chief for boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction stakeout, and roadway layout. He has extensive experience in the full range of calculations for site work and complex engineering designs.

Mr. Price leverages his experience in the field to manage the design of residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, commercial centers, industrial sites, public facilities, and municipal utilities. He is adept at guiding developer-driven projects through the permitting process as well as working for localities as the client.

Mr. Price works to ensure that project managers, engineers, and survey staff provide clients with timely and cost-effective design and consulting.
