Jason Seas, P.E. – Project Manager

Before joining AES, Mr. Seas was a Principal with Engineering Resources Group (ERG) in Virginia Beach. In 2014, ERG merged with AES, enabling Mr. Seas to continue providing a wide range of services including regulatory permitting, providing presentation exhibits, master planning, conceptual planning, and comprehensive site plan design. He is well-versed in Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area compliance and storm water pollution prevention plans.

As a project manager, Mr. Seas has provided engineering design for a wide variety of private development projects including Bay Creek Resort in Cape Charles, Hampton Town Center, a commercial development in Hampton, and Red Mill Commons, a 150-acre retail center in Virginia Beach. He has provided engineering design solutions for public clients including the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority and Newport News Waterworks. His design experience encompasses a wide variety of disciplines including drainage and utility system design, roadway design, waterfront and marina design, fire hydrant testing, and municipal utility service area analyses.
