Project Description
AES provided civil site design services for Hills Quarter, located in Lancaster County. The 460-acre development features 500 single family homes, a community pool, walking trails, bicycle paths, an 18-hole golf course, a winery, and vineyards. The AES design included cross-county water and sewer lines, and a pump station to provide the development with utility services from the Town of Kilmarnock.
