Project Description
AES provided surveying, civil site design, and master planning services for Westgate Historic Williamsburg, a timeshare resort located in the City of Williamsburg. The resort property features 65,000 sq. ft. of hospitality space and 57 timeshare units. AES provided engineering design services for parking and building expansions. Additionally, AES provided master planning for a proposed 64-unit timeshare building as well as a new 10,000 sq. ft. amenity building and aquatic park.
