Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for the 2001 East Broad Street Apartments, located within the City of Richmond. This mixed-use development features 75 apartments totaling 75,000 sq. ft. of ground-level retail space and sub-level structured parking. AES engineering designs are guiding the construction of this 4-level urban redevelopment site located within one of Richmond’s Historic Districts.
