Project Description
AES is working to design Colonial Heritage at Williamsburg, an age-restricted community located in James City County. The 1,520-acre site includes 282 acres of open space, 2,000 single family units, 5 miles of walking trails, a 7,500 sq. ft. athletic club, a 25,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, and an 18-hole golf course. Construction is on-going.
