AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Design Masters. Located in upper James City County within Stonehouse Commerce Park, Design Masters warehouses and distributes giftware collections and commemorative items. The 4.13-ace site features a 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility, and ample green space.
