Ford’s Colony

AES has provided surveying and civil site design services for Ford’s Colony, a premier master-planned, residential community, located in James City County. This 2,750-acre community includes over 3,250 residential units, tennis courts, 3 golf courses, community pools, a Marriott resort and open green spaces. Working with Ford’s Colony since 1984, AES continues to provide civil engineering designs for undeveloped sections of the community. AES has provided design services for numerous development features including 2 pump stations, 2 force mains, a gravity sewer interceptor and over 45 miles of walking trails.
