AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Homewood Suites, located in York County. The 2.13-acre site features a 59,000 sq. ft., 4-story hotel providing guests with 62 rooms. The location provides guests with convenient travel to nearby attractions including Colonial Williamsburg, Water Country USA, and Busch Gardens.
