Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Icelandic USA, a freezer storage and frozen seafood processing facility located in Newport News. The AES site plan accommodates an 85,000 sq. ft. expansion to the existing 150,000 sq. ft. facility. The 6- acre expansion site provides Icelandic USA with 76,898 sq. ft. of cold dock/freezer space, 4,800 sq. ft. of office/lounge space, and 2,800 sq. ft. of general storage space.
