Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Phillip Morris, located in York County. Another civil firm turned to AES to assist with final design and submittal of site plans. AES was selected due to a strong relationship with York County and extensive experience with local stormwater management practices. AES assisted in the design of site improvements including a building expansion, a parking lot expansion, entrance enhancements, and the widening of Route 143 to include a new turning in lane.
