Project Description
AES provided comprehensive civil site design services for Quantico Corporate Center, an 85-acre commercial development, located in Stafford County. On every level of this project, AES worked closely with the developer, Stafford County, state agencies, and contractors to expedite the development process. AES coordinated consistent communication with Stafford County review staff to attain timely reviews and approvals, and maintain the project’s budget and schedule. At completion, this business park will offer nearly 1.5 million sq. ft. of commercial space.
