AES provided comprehensive civil engineering services for River Club at Twin Island, located in Gloucester County. The 28.92-acre site overlooks the York River and features 116 total units, a clubhouse, a community pool, and a pier. River Club at Twin Island was Gloucester County’s first Planned Unit Development. This development offers a mix of residential styles including duplexes, townhomes, condominiums and single family detached homes.
