Project Description
AES provided a number of site engineering services for the Sentara Medical Office Building, located in Gloucester County. AES teamed with the contractor, the architect and Sentara Healthcare to develop this design-build, fast-tracked project. The 10.6-acre site includes a 38,500 sq. ft. facility, a portable MRI machine facility, and a 211-space parking lot.
