Project Description
AES provided full civil site design services for Section 6 of The Glens, located in Stafford County. The 63-acre site offers 16 lots, waterfront views and open green spaces. The AES design features 3-acre lots, many bordering Long Branch Creek, Potomac Run and wetlands areas. Many of the lots feature large, stately homes generously set back from roadways, creating a significantly larger sense of space within rolling terrain. The community is served by public water, septic sewer, propane gas and underground utilities.
