Project Description
AES provided civil engineering services for Turnberry, an upscale subdivision located in Henrico County. The development features single family detached homes on 1/3-acre lots, cul-de-sac design features, and pedestrian friendly streets. The AES design addressed a number of development challenges including the flat topography of the site and numerous wetlands areas. The design utilized cut and fill to add some elevation changes to the site. AES also designed a 24-inch water main extension to serve the subdivision.
