Project Description
AES provides a wide range of land development consulting services for developers interested in constructing Walgreens locations in the Hampton Roads Region. In addition to site surveying and engineering design, AES provides preliminary land planning information through site analysis and feasibility studies. AES supported the development of Walgreens locations in Williamsburg, Newport News, Gloucester, Portsmouth, Hampton, Yorktown, Chesapeake, and Norfolk.
