AES provided surveying and civil site design services for Wyndham Resort, formerly Fairfield Resort. This 60-acre timeshare resort is located in York County near Colonial Williamsburg and other tourist attractions. AES provided land development consulting services for parking expansions, a maintenance center, and a 25,000 sq. ft. sales and marketing center.
