AES provided comprehensive civil site design and surveying services for Winterfield Crossing, a 25-acre mixed-use development located in Midlothian. The AES design includes 166,388 sq. ft. of retail and office space, 264 luxury apartments, and 238 age-restricted apartments. Over four miles of walkways connect retail, residential, and office areas with parking and small parks, creating a pedestrian-friendly environment. Other features planned for the development include waterfront restaurant pads, a boardwalk, and a grocery anchor site.
