Employees can deposit pre-tax earnings into a flex spending plan that includes Medical Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

Golden Ticket
The “Golden Ticket” holiday is a new idea. This day can be taken to celebrate any number of milestones such as birthdays, graduations, the purchase of a home . . . or no reason at all. At AES we understand that the time away can often fuel the efforts of the time we stay.
401k Retirement Plan
- Voluntary contributions to the AES 401K plan are pre-tax, with tax deferred until the funds are distributed.
- Employees are eligible to participate in the AES plan after thirty days of employment with the company.
- An employer matching contribution equal to 5%
Paid Time Off (PTO) Leave For Full-time Employees
- All employees earn an accrual of 3 weeks of PTO per year that can carry over year-to-year.
- An additional week of PTO is earned after 5 years of employment.
- An additional week of PTO is earned at receipt of licensure (P.E., L.S., L.A.)
