Adam Reimert joined AES 15 years ago after earning his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University. During his studies, Adam interned with the James City County Service Authority (JCSA), generating reports on the efficiency of pump stations. Early on in his career with AES, he worked under other engineers performing drafting, general CAD-design support, and drainage design.

AES Culture

Adam’s favorite thing about AES? “The people here are great and there is a tight-nit team culture throughout the office.”

Considering joining the AES team? Adam recommends it! “The work we do at AES covers a wide range of the land development spectrum. Professionals working here aren’t pigeonholed into a narrow discipline but work through and gain experience in all the aspects of land development design. What I love even more about AES is the healthy team/family culture. I genuinely feel like upper management cares about its employees and the people here are a pleasure to work with.”
