After earning his degree in 2012, Mr. Morales began his civil engineering career full time with FWH Associates, P.A., where he learned the principles of land development planning and design. He worked on a variety of commercial and residential projects, predominantly located within the Jersey Shore region. Additionally, Mr. Morales worked with the company’s condominium department, as a grading and stormwater inspector. His responsibilities included analyzing and providing solutions for existing stormwater grading and infrastructure.
After a number of years in New Jersey, Mr. Morales moved to Virginia and joined AES in 2020. He has managed and provided engineering design for Southside commercial and residential developments. Mr. Morales strives to provide clients with efficient and cost-effective design solutions that will also enhance the look and feel of the Southside communities.
