Mr. Grimes began his civil engineering career in 2000 by joining AES. He leads a team of highly-qualified professionals including project managers, engineers, and senior designers. Mr. Grimes believes in promoting an organization with clear paths for staff advancement and opportunities for increased client interaction.
Along with his team, he has provided engineering design for commercial buildings, large residential subdivisions, senior living complexes, healthcare facilities, and retail sites. He provides clients with timely feedback while working through rezoning and development approvals. From conceptual design to final construction documents, Mr. Grimes and his team work to provide constructible and cost-effective plans.
