Mr. Bennett has extensive engineering, development, and management experience with over 24 years in the industry. He has consulted on land development projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states for developers, owners, and retailers.
Mr. Bennett has managed engineering design for commercial developments, healthcare facilities, as well as residential, mixed-use, office, industrial, and public facilities. He works closely with clients to understand their business and how it integrates with their design and development needs. He takes a proactive approach to communication and driving the project approval process.
He believes relationships and communication are the keys to successful projects. As the manager for the AES Richmond office, Mr. Bennett works with project managers and staff to ensure exceptional client service.
