Joseph “Jho” Flint, L.S. – Survey Manager

Mr. Flint joined AES in 2022. Serving as Survey Manager for the Richmond office, Mr. Flint is a Licensed Surveyor with 29 years of experience in the field and office. He is proficient in all phases of a project from budget estimating to field surveying, data computations and processing to CAD drafting, site visits and property research. He also is involved with project management and client communications including serving as the main point of contact for several LAP projects.

Mr. Flint is well-versed in the use of field equipment and office software such as Topcon Total Stations, Static and RTK GPS Units, Trimble data collection, Leica Multistations, Autodesk Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, CloudWorx Software and MicroStation.

Mr. Flint has surveyed airports, creeks and streams, roadways and industrial complexes. During his career, he has worked in all areas of the Commonwealth allowing him to become familiar with different standards and regulations that many municipalities have.
