Mr. Tschiderer joined AES in 2014. He leads a highly-qualified team of project engineers and senior designers. Along with his team, Mr. Tschiderer provides engineering design and construction management for retail sites, residential subdivisions, multi-family developments, healthcare facilities, public utilities, and municipal facilities.
Mr. Tschiderer started his civil engineering career in 1998. He leans on extensive experience working for a civil, structural, and forensic engineering firm in Phoenix, Arizona. He worked on both commercial and land development projects, as well as conducted forensic investigation into civil and structural engineering failures for various clients.
Mr. Tschiderer serves as a client advocate throughout the design approval process. He works with his team to provide engineering designs that maximize land use and safety access, while minimizing construction costs.
