Project Description
AES provided surveying and civil site design services for The Boulevard Building located in New Town, James City County’s first mixed-use development. The development features 8,500 sq. ft. of retail space on a .78-acre site. The building is currently occupied by a coffee shop, a home-décor store, and a martial arts studio.
