AES provided complete civil site design services for this large-scale auto retail facility in Chesterfield County. This 9.88-acre development incorporated a land swap and coordination with adjacent parcel owners. The site layout contains a 330-space display lot, a 13,788 sq. ft. show room, a repair shop, and a parts area.
